Welcome back, my oh-so-devoted blog readers! Today I'd like you to meet some very special people: baby Everly and her beautiful family. She is a lucky girl to be part of this family of SIX. Our shoot was triumphantly successful and I am head-over-heels excited about the shots I was able to capture! Connor, Isla, and Hudson (who I lovingly call Huddy-buddy) are so happy to have a younger sister, and they made that apparent at our shoot! Connor was a super big helper and was oh so patient with little sis. One thing's for certain – baby Everly will always have someone looking out for her! I feel so honored to have photographed this family, mom is also a photographer, and when another photographer chooses you, it is a HUGE compliment. Here is what mom has to say in regards to newborn photos, “having newborn photos taken is a necessity. They are truly priceless. It is not a skill all photographers have, and is one that takes years of patience, practice and honing. And while the sessions are often long (and warm) the overall outcome is something to be treasured forever" Brittany Deacon, of Brittany Deacon Photography. As you can see from the pictures below, this family did so good during the session, and already share such a connection. I can’t wait to see how they interact as they get older! Hello beautiful picture lovers! Today I have a real treat for you and it comes in the form of a brand new baby named Chancelor Braden, but we will call him Braden like mom and dad do. Hold on to your socks – this fella is so cute he may blow them right off! It feels like only a few days ago I was photographing Hajar (pronounce like there is no R) and Chancelor’s maternity photos, remember their beautifiul images on this blog post. I can't believe baby Braden has already arrived. I remember when I first met his parents, I wished I had brought a ladder because they are a TALL couple, let me tell ya. But we made it work and had a fun and relaxed session. Because our last photo shoot went so perfectly, I was delighted when they called me up to schedule photos with their adorable little Braden. As you can see from the pictures below, we had one of the best sessions together. Mom said "I worried about him being awake and crying and us not being able to get those cute little pics were they're sleeping naked. At home he loves to be swaddled & as soon as you undo the swaddle or take his clothes off, he screams until he's covered again. Amazingly, he barely cried that day & we got a ton of perfect little pics." Anyway, I am beyond honored that they asked me to work with them again and to photograph their little one. As you can see from the photographs below, he is an ultra sweetheart and was a joy to work with. Check it out for yourself! My new favorite thing, changing background colors, you can have ANY color you like :) Jessica mccoy photography, walnut creek newborn photographer, walnut creek photographer, martinez photographer, benicia photographer, benicia newborn photographer, east bay newborn photographer, bay area photographer
