Hey Friends! Today Im here to introduce this handsome guy Eli!
I have known this family for a few years because I did their first sons pictures. Dad had brought a cool pedal car that we photographer big brother Kai in. I learned that he was customizing a new car for Eli and couldn't wait to use it. Check out Eli, big brother, in the green car, and new baby Eli in the Fire Cheif car. I love these comparison shots.
Hello all, glad you are back here and reading about this handsome baby here. Let me tell ya how wonderful this guys family is. Winston's grandpa contacted me way back a few months ago, all the way from Arizona, and was looking for a gift certificate to buy his daughter (Winston's mom). I have to say, the gift of newborn photography might be the greatest gift you could ever get. Even Winston's parents agreed, they weren't sure they would have thought that far in advance about photos, but they were so glad everything was taken care of by Grandpa.
Look how adorable this little guy was.
To top off the great idea of the gift certificate, Winston was a professional newborn model. He fell asleep within seconds of arrival at the studio and slept from start to finish. Making a record breaking short shoot of 1 hour and 40 minutes, and a HUGE gallery for his parents to show off. If only every baby was that sleepy. Maybe 6 days old is the new time to photograph these peanuts.
Enough rambling from me, take a look at this guy and his family below
Today I'd like you to meet Crystal. This little princess has only been on Earth for a short period, and was a little peanut, weighing about 6 pounds at our shoot, but she is such a naturally beautiful baby. I absolutely had to take advantage of those good looks during this session.
Seriously --her creamy skin tone, smooth complexion and natural glow make Crystal a serious contender for pretty much any “cute baby contest” in the country!
I met this family a few years ago when big brother Brandon was a newborn. I even used one of the same blankets we used for his shoot with baby Crystal (the tan knitted one). Check out Brandons newborn picture here. I have said it before but Ill say it again- it's so crazy how fast time flies.
I chose to keep props and background noise to a minimum. I did use the cute bonnet above from Little Rarities, I get a ton of my knitted stuff from her, she does great work.
Thanks for reading!
